Key Role:

Work as a part of the leadership team, supporting mission success to their broad portfolio of stakeholders and clients and capabilities. Architect and lead the delivery of solutions that integrate existing enterprise or new capabilities to enable mission requirements. Provide enterprise solutions to leverage a broad range of technologies, including Cloud-computing, IAAS, SAAS, PAAS, Big Data, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns, COTS, GOTS, and custom development. Identify new methods for analyzing, processing, and visualizing massive data sets, using rich Internet application (RIA) platforms, touch technologies, and mobile applications. Participate in client engagements for the strategic analysis, planning, and execution of IT-enabled business solutions and lead and interface directly with the government client in the execution of duties, as necessary. Mentor junior staff in software architecture and software development best practices, provide career management support to staff, and support the marketing and development of new business.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with technical delivery, including Java development and design, COTS implementation, and systems integration
-7+ years of experience with building Java and J2EE applications
-7+ years of experience with developing applications using XML
-Experience with Cloud computing, including SAAS, PAAS, or Big Data concepts and patterns
-Experience with writing proposals and identifying and capturing new opportunities
-Ability to think critically and analytically in an Enterprise and systems of systems environment
-Ability to provide career management to staff
-Active Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with REST and SOAP-based Web services
-Experience with Ozone widget framework
-Experience with leading Agile SDLC projects
