Senior QA Engineers (Automation)

Rearden Commerce, Inc. seeks one (1) Sr. QA Engineer (Automation) for its San Francisco, California office to contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence in product development. In this position, you will develop test strategy working with product managers, UI designers, developers, DBAs, operations staff. You will design, document and manage functional, integrations and regression test suites. This includes Front End (web, mobile) and Back End systems. You will also develop and maintain test automation frameworks that provide reliable and repeatable test results. You will achieve quality goals by driving testability and process changes. Further, you will get involved in the discussion and review of requirements, functional specifications, technical design of the project from the earliest stage. You will troubleshoot issues to aid in determining root cause and resolution. Additionally, you will collaborate with other QA Engineers, Project Managers, Software Developers, DBAs, and Operations staff as required. The position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and three years of quality assurance engineering experience. We will accept, in the alternative, a Bachelor's degree in one of the specified fields followed by 5 years of progressively responsible quality assurance engineering experience. An individual must also possess experience with the following: hands on knowledge of at least one Scripting language (such as JavaScript, Shell) or Object Oriented language (such as Java); test automation and performance tools (such as Selenium, JUnit, or JMeter); Unix/Linux command line usage; and relational database concepts and SQL. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Positions are full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with an annual salary from $115,000 - $128,600.
