Yammer is looking for an individual with strong Front End UI QA skills and solid experience working on large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fun-loving, friendly, collaborative environment and will have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for themselves and for their team members. You will be conceptualizing, designing, documenting and implementing manual and automated functional UI, Web Service (possibly) and Regression tests.

Main duties and responsibilities

- Verify Engineering teams are developing new features as specified by Product team
- Test bug fixes across multiple server versions and application versions
- Keep management informed of weekly release progress and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure all known issues are addressed and logged in Jira
- Be an expert and source of knowledge on all aspects of the Yammer product
- Develop Yammer's QA process for integration products
- Write and execute test plans, both automated and manual
- Create and maintain QA environments
- Manage beta releases rollouts to demo environments
- Participate in Release Management activities
- Identify bug trends and drive resolution process
- Participate in Yammer's general QA/Product/Customer Support and Engineering initiatives

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

- 3+ years experience in testing UI for Web sites
- 3+ years experience in Front End automation with dynamic content
- Strong Knowledge of multi-tier web platforms and concepts
- In-depth knowledge of QA processes and tools
- Fast learner and an ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Ability to work against extremely tight deadlines (weekly releases)

Major Plusses
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Testing Ruby on Rails based applications
- Previous AJAX-based UI applications testing
- Testing web-services (SOAP or REST-based)
