We are currently looking for a Senior Software Design Engineer who wants to work with a dedicated team of engineers in one of the world's fastest growing startups. This person must want to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to assist team members while working in a highly visible position.
The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of new applications and products. Work with team to develop project timeline, requirements, deliverables, and priorities. Identify, evaluate and solve IT and product related issues. Assist in training of new employees. Provide input into capacity planning, scaling and metrics. Provide technical expertise where needed.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
-1-2 years experience with Python Development.
-Senior level expertise with Linux.
-Experience with Pattern Matching technologies (Regular Expressions).
Software development experience with the following is a plus:
Java, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently or with a team.
-Ability to work in a dynamic, diverse development environment.
