What we need you to do:
Support the mixed IT infrastructure
Support for PC systems and services
Manage, expand, and improve vendor relationships
Manage IT Projects under direction from IT Leadership
Provide subject matter expert support to the IT team
Support networking equipment, including switches, firewalls, wireless (Cisco)
Support, install, and configure clients running Mac OS X 10.6 and above
Support, install, and configure clients running Windows 8
Manage Help Desk Queue
Maintenance/Support of OSX Servers and services, as needed
Updating of IT documentation of all processes via the IT Wiki
Folks we are looking for will have:
A love for the work we do
Experience with Mac OS X, in particular within Active Directory environments
Experience with efficiently supporting systems that support hundreds of desktops users
Knowledge of LDAP, including Open Directory and Active Directory
Excellent problem solving skills
Work well within a team environment
Would be nice if you also had:
Expert knowledge of Mac OS
A security background
Some Scripting experience Ruby, Python or Perl
Project management deployment experience
