Overview:

Responsible for support of company products and systems. Provides technical support in presentations, demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications. Systems integrators participate with the customer in the strategic design process. Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs.

Responsibilities:

The Team Lead Level follows standard practices and procedures in analysing situations or data. Ability to understand and explain innovative and cost effective solutions using integrated data processing and communication solutions. Provides technical support for local area networks and other systems engineering related activities. Works with more senior level personnel in performing research and feasibility studies, design reviews, and technical briefings. Responds to customer inquiries regarding technical issues. Requires 2-5 years of related work experience, or Bachelor's degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employees working on client accounts must possess A+ certification. Experience in servicing personal computer hardware and software required with a working knowledge of local and wide area networks, communications and host connectivity. Should be a Certified Novel Engineer (CNE) and certified in either OS2, MicroSoft, UNIX/AIX, 3Com or Apple. In addition should have working knowledge of two to three PC software applications.

Qualifications:

Basic skill set needed is:

1) Experience with deskside support and service desk

2) Experience with Managed Services contracts with SLA compliance and penalties

3) Metrics reporting and trend anlaysis

4) Manage over 8 people

5) Any retail experience is a plus

6) Any experience with off-shore teams is a plus

7) Experience with Service Now incident mgmt tool is a plus
