What you need for this position:
- Extensive experience as a Support Engineer
- Ability to troubleshoot and do Tier 2/3 support
- Ability to troubleshoot with Cloud or Web Technologies strongly preferred
- Knowledge of web Servers (Apache), HTTP, Command lines, XML, HTML,etc preferred
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting a cutting edge CyberSecurity product and it's customers
- troubleshooting and Tier 2/3 Support
- Interfacing with customers, users, and engineers of the product
- Assist in release engineering and some QA
