Preferred Qualifications:
- Unix and Windows cmd-line
- Network (configuring routing)
- Scripting (Shell, Perl, etc)
- Web (LAMP)
- Web APIs (HTTP, XML, JSON, XML RPC, etc)
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting OSS including LAMP, CMSes
- 1-2 years experience in technical support
- Experience at enterprise security vendor or hands-on with security products desired
- Team lead experience bonus
- Coding/Scripting experience of any kind a bonus
What you'll be doing:
- Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting
- Supporting the engineering team and customers
- Work with a cutting edge CyberSecurity Product
- Interfacing with Web API's and cloud technologies
