You will play a critical role with the development of new products for our client base and continuously improve and help us manage our current systems more effectively.

The Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience within a Java environment
- Experience designing and implementing web applications with highly optimized and scalable architectures
- Experience with database design and performance tuning
- Working knowledge of the Java web technology platform, applied use of design patterns, JSP and servlets
- Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks
- Solid experience with Apache Tomcat
- Experience with MySQL and other open source technologies
- Experience with agile development/scrums
The Pluses:
- Ability to code HTML, HTML5 would be a plus
- Experience with Apache Wicket is a huge plus
- Experience with iOS, Android or other mobile development is a huge plus

- Work on new development on a continuous basis
- Develop robust systems and solutions for high volume transactions
- Collaborate with team, managers and executive management to develop the best products
