Description

This role is within the Enterprise Information Management Group that is responsible for advancing the organization's strategic plans and core activities through proactive data management. This team partners with business and technical stakeholders to leverage data in planning and decision making. They are the experts in the use of analytics and measurement to help understand processes and activities that will lead to achieving goals and desired outcomes and to report to Group external stakeholders and customers.

Responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the data integration processes that populate the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Play a technical role in cross-functional development teams. Deliver data integration solutions that are scalable, secure, documented, conform to best practices and support all associated business requirements. Partner with technical team members and participate in project management processes.

Qualifications

Education
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree

Preferred Education
Bachelors Degree Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

Knowledge/Skills
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Intermediate Knowledge of and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, relational database design principles and SQL. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Basic or limited Experience in the use of Lean/Agile project management. Experience in the health care delivery or health insurance sectors.

Experience
Minimum Experience Requirements
2 years Experience using relational databases, including database load utilities.
2 years Experience with Business Intelligence and data warehousing.
2 years Writing and tuning SQL.
2 years Development experience using an ETL tool.

Preferred Experience
1 year Unix platform experience.
