What you need for this position:
-5+ years of Back End Java development experience
-Database Development skills in one of the following: MySQL, SQL, Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
-Must have experience with the following frameworks: Spring, Hibernate and Maven
-Ability and desire to work on a small team that encourages out-of-the-box thinking and independent projects
Pluses:
-Experience with Groovy, Grails, Scala, Cassandra and Big Data
-Experience working with offshore teams
What you'll be doing:
-Developing scalable commercial energy efficient software applications using Java
-You'll be re-engineering the platform on the backend
-Working on a small agile development team
