We're looking for a digitally savvy visual designer to create and lead digital programs. This person must be able to understand interactivity in design, taking into account the user and technology and produce visually stunning work. This person must be very hands-on and detail-oriented as a designer, while managing the process and vision for each project. The role will be client facing and require the designer to articulate design decisions. Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide forward-thinking creative concepts
  • Ability to visualize complex sets of data into elegant and intuitive user interfaces
  • Collaborate with the UX team to concept & produce visual solutions for Web and Mobile devices
  • Create highly polished visual designs that leverage and extend established brand standards
  • Present clear ideas and concepts to clients and other team members
  • Ensure exceptional design execution Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in UX, Visual Design, Human Factors, Graphic Design or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of interactive experience (preferably agency experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience executing high-profile web & mobile projects
