Job Summary:
- The Associate Software Test Engineer role will learn manual and automated software testing skills along with Microsoft C# and Team Foundation Server's Coded UI functionality to ensure a quality delivery of world-class, industry-leading solutions for the healthcare industry.
- Work within an agile framework (Scrum) to create and execute formal test plans for both manual and predominantly automated testing of commercial enterprise software.
- Track work items, queue builds, and check in/out automated test script code in Visual Studio.
- Create manual test cases and test plans using Test Manager.
- Execute manual test cases using Test Runner including data diagnostics, and new bug item generation.
- Record, playback, and trouble shoot CodedUI Automated Test Scripts in C# programming language.
- Analyze, configure, and verify data in the database using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and TSQL queries.
- Report and track tested environment data and formal Test Approach documentation using Microsoft SharePoint.
- Employ good written communication and organizational skills, including using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum 1+ combined years experience in a commercial software environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems is preferred.
- A desire to use Software Engineering skills in a quality test environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft C#, Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server.
