Job Summary:
- Lead delivery of complex cloud platform SOA solutions and infrastructure projects crossing multiple organizations.
- Gather requirements and specifications from a diverse customer base, aggregate requirements into generic platform features, develop and present a roadmap, lead implementation through an agile software development life-cycle and drive adoption across multiple organizations.
- Develop program plans to deliver cloud platform SOA solutions on a schedule that aligns with parallel efforts in cloud data storage, natural language processing, and other 3M HIS efforts.
- Manage project schedules, identify and address risks, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate planning and delivery of technical infrastructure for solutions architecture.
- Drive business data standards definition and work with marketing and engineering teams to help ensure that standards are followed.
- Develops and maintains project and resource plans; maintains quality and focus; monitors and controls project expenditures against approved budget/funding.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a software project or program manager

Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience planning/coordinating delivery of cloud SOA solutions or similar large-scale projects in a software environment.
- Strong skills with program management and communication technologies including MS Project, Sharepoint, and Wiki skills..
- Formal project/program management certification.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Agile development methodologies.
- Must have excellent leadership, analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation delivery skills.
- Ability to work within an agile development process, regularly iterating to deliver incremental results while adjusting to new business requirements.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever changing environment, supporting multiple product releases concurrently and meet all deadlines.
