Position Summary:
This Audit Manager in Benefit Plan Services should be an experienced manager with auditing experience. This individual would be primarily responsible for coordinating and performing a variety of benefit plan audit work. This individual will not only be expected to perform at a high level in regards to their technical abilities but should have the necessary skills to help develop other senior staff that may be new to the firm or the benefit plan practice. In addition to serving upmarket BPS clients, this individual should be comfortable with staff development and maintaining client relationships. Individual would be expected to travel approximately 25% to 30% of the time and the majority of it will fall in the April through August timeframe.

Skill sets required include:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidate should have the ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.Candidate will need to be able to multi-task as planning, executing and wrapping up of various engagements may have to be performed concurrently. Candidate should also have strong technical skills and be able to perform research on technical matters prior to submitting work for Manager review. Experience working in the benefit plan audit sector is required. Individual should be a licensed CPA.
Minimum Qualifications:
Audit experience, 5+ years, with engagement management, workpaper reviewskills and staff supervision are required.
