Business Unit Overview:

The Business Analyst will be a part of the Navigator team which is a part the Financial Services delivery unit of Crowe's Performance consulting group. Crowe's Navigator for Lenders solution provides a platform for financial institutions to manage and monitor loan portfolios through strong analytical capabilities.

Position Summary:

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in the delivery of the Navigator for Lenders solution and related services. The business analyst will contribute to the development and testing of annual enhancements, implementations to new clients, and support of the solution to existing clients. This position will require interaction with clients, so good communication and analytical skills along with ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications:

- Design, configuration, and testing of custom report outputs for new and existing clients
- Configuration and testing around new software features
- Understand financial statements and key financial ratios/metrics; configure calculations for related analysis
- Consult with existing clients regarding analytics and portfolio analysis process
- Support through help desk and change request activities
- Provide on-site and off-site consulting for new client implementations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Three years work experience in accounting, financial lending, or a related field
- Demonstrated technology background; ability to adapt to a new technology environment
- Experience with MS Access and SQL preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse client base/personalities
- Comfortable working on multiple projects/work simultaneously
- Willingness to travel (approximately 5% - 10% of time)
- Experience with software implementations preferred
