Description

Key Role:
Provide program and project management expertise and consultation to clients. Define and interpret scope statements and requirements, including developing work and organizational breakdown structures, integrated master schedules, control account plans, and other artifacts required to establish a performance measurement baseline. Apply earned value management and qualitative and quantitative risk management, conduct analyses, reconcile variances and report cost and schedule performance. Identify trends and forecast estimates at completion, maintain baseline change control, and provide clients with actionable information and recommendations. Analyze corrective actions to ensure successful program and project execution. This position is located in Charleston, SC.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with project scheduling, earned value management, financial analysis, and related field- Secret clearance required
- BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with government consulting
- Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast- paced situations
- Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- PMP Certification
