Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join our client in Seneca, SC.

Job Responsibilities:

- Serves as Technical Support Specialist in the areas of desktop operating systems, Workstation hardware including peripheral devices, (ie, Blackberry, iPads, digital signage, etc), and the integration and interoperability of these.
- Includes taking customer calls or responding expeditiously to customer tickets, documenting resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responds to PICCASO (software tool) tickets routed from the Enterprise HELP Desk (Charlotte).
- Follows through on each ticket to resolution.
- Tickets may involve remote desktop resolution or travel to the customers' on-site office.
- Installs and configures printers/plotters.
- Installs and configures hardware/software to client's desktop.
- Assisting in hardware replacement project (replacing XP machines with Win7) during Aug/Sept, which may require a temporary schedule change and/or OT.
- Provides technical assessments for customers with special IT needs.
- Executes process for surplus equipment disposal.

Job Qualifications:

- A+ certification, Lenovo certification.
- Help Desk type support experience.
- Knowledge of:
 * PICCASO software.
 * Printers (Cannon, HP, Xerox).
 * MS Office 2007 and/or 2010.
