Job Responsibilities:
- The Business Analyst is responsible for analysis, design, and implementation of large cross-functional information systems solutions.
- The Business Analyst works in a team environment to support programs in production and systems development.
- The Business Analyst is responsible for developing and updating programs that are defect free and meet or exceed service level performance metrics.
Job Qualifications
- Microsoft Access
- Packaged Applications Microsoft
- Experience gathering data and organizing for implementation
- Coordinate with the applications team in identifying upgrade and deployment scheduling
- Analyzing data for deployment readiness
- Researching business apps for upgrade readiness
- Experience working and communicating with Operations
- Strong analytical, process flow, and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Active Directory
