Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Equipment Maintenance Specialist needed to Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment. Mechanical and Pneumatic diagnostic and repair of automated equipment. Electrical diagnostics and repair of automated equipment, Develop preventative maintenance procedures for automated equipment. Read and understand Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatic drawings and schematics. Logging and analyzing system problems. Assist in managing parts inventory.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Mechanical and Preventive Maintenance experience as related to automated equipment.
• At least 3 years of Pneumatics knowledge and experience.
• 4 years experience working in a high volume production environment. PLC's, (Allen Bradley), Robotics, and Control Systems a +. -Highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Must be able to work second shift and weekends.
• Must be available in an 'On-Call' basis.
• Minimum Two year technical degree or equivalent.
