Exchange/Mobility Technical Support Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an Exchange/Mobility Technical Support Specialist individual to support our client in St. Louis, MO.

Job Responsibilities:
- Configuring Mobile Device Management Tools.
- Configuring/Administering Exchange and Mobile Device Management (ie Airwatch, Mobile Iron) software and Blackberry Enterprise Servers.
- Upgrade and maintenance activities.
- Create and execute technical documentation.
- Support or lead minor departmental projects.
- Manage to financial and resource estimates.
- Provide asset control and tracking services.

Job Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree with emphasis on information technologies or the equivalent job related experience.
- Currently seeking an experienced individual with a minimum of three (3) years experience with the following technologies:
- Mobile Device Management.
- Day to day management.
- Configuration of policies.
- BES (BlackBerry) Server and supporting platforms including Exchange CAS.
- Day to day management.
- Configuration of policies.
- End user support of mobile devices such as.
- iPhone
- BlackBerry's
- Android's
- iPads and other related devices.
- Paging protocol's and platforms such as AT&T GSMS/Enterprise paging.
- Familiarity with administration and upgrade of platforms identified above from a server to end user perspective.
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of computer technology and problem resolution procedures is required.
- Ability to follow documented processes and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Windows Client Server software experience or certifications will provide additional consideration.
- Project management experience will provide additional consideration.
- Any help desk or customer contact skills will also provide additional consideration.
- Customer support and communications skills are required.
- Professionalism skills and good work ethic are required.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Three (3) years of experience in the field is preferred.
- An understanding of project management principles is preferred.
