Database Administration (DBA) Analyst

Company is seeking a PeopleSoft database administration (DBA) analyst to accomplish systems analysis, configuration and updates, database administration and user support for the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management ERP systems and underlying Oracle database environment and infrastructure. This position will be located at the Herculaneum, MO location and reports to the Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:
• Identify causes of ERP technical issues and work to resolve those issues
• Identify and implement solutions to ensure adequate system performance and resolve performance issues
• Migrate customizations on a weekly basis to production and other ERP related changes
• Apply PeopleSoft delivered fixes to ensure Financials and Supply Change Management applications are current
• Maintain relationships with hosting providers and external ERP suppliers

Qualifications:
• Bachelor†s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus four to seven (4-7) years experience working in an IT technical database analyst role
• Expertise in SQL development and tuning
• Oracle/PeopleSoft 9.1 Development experience
• Data Administration and Server Administration experience
• Functional experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management
• SQL server DBA experience/expertise is a plus
