Overview:

The Public Affairs division is looking for a talented, proven Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013 developer. You will be working with internal customers to develop and implement enhancements to an employee communications internal website (intranet).

Essential Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal customers to gather and evaluate requirements

- Programmatically add and reposition web parts on a page

- Adherence to Information Security protocols and coding best practices

- Adherence to Public Affairs and IT change management and development processes

- Adherence to industry standards for applications development

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Excellent Communication Skills

Contractor requirements:

- Experienced Microsoft SharePoint developer with 3+ years experience

- 5+ years experience programming in the Microsoft ASP.Net framework utilizing C#.

- JavaScript and jQuery

- HTML/CSS/XML

- Experience with web development, application development and content management systems

- Microsoft SQL Server.

- Knowledge of SharePoint thresholds and best practices.

Evaluation Criteria:

- Customer requirements met

- Adherence to project plan

- Appropriate documentation

- Timely development of code

- Quality of final product and code
