Systems Analyst (Mobile/Ecommerce)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Systems Analyst (Mobile/Ecommerce) to support our client in St. Louis, MO.

Job Responsibilities:

- The System Analyst is responsible for the scope of the project from definition of the technical requirements through their implementation. The analyst needs to be able to communicate effectively with the business team (and be an advocate for the requirements) as well as communicate with the development team.
- Work closely with business owners and impacted technology teams to fully define technical requirements based on general concepts that are not fully defined
- Capable of leading high pressure discussion with demanding external and internal clients
- Thoroughly document and be the subject matter expert for the technical requirements throughout the project life cycle
- Document and manage changes in scope for escalation through the approval process
- Work closely with the development staff to articulate the requirements and clearly define and communicate scope
- Recognize, document, escalate, and coordinate resolutions for issues that occur throughout the project life cycle
- Create and/or review test plans and test cases to ensure the developed solution meets business objectives
- Participate in the testing cycle(s) to ensure that the right level of quality is present in the final product
- Document and track status against the project delivery teams deliverables, tasks, and issues
- Communicate status and facilitate meetings as needed

Job Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to accurately elicit, clarify and document project requirements
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and communicate business and technical needs and collaborate in the design/implementation of system solutions
- Ability to translate complex or nebulous business requirements into easy-to-understand functional requirements that the development team can translate into design.
- Attention to detail with crisp follow-up on assigned task
- Ability to multi-task on several concurrent projects
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to interact comfortably with various levels of management
- Technical background is a must have
- Worked in an Agile feature team for more than two (2) plus years

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

- Prior background in the mobile and E-commerce space is a plus
