Technical Writer/Business Analyst (Networking)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Technical Writer/Business Analyst to support our client in St. Louis, MO.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analysing the project's business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to the operations team.
- Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys, and workshops.
- Providing suggestions to the Operations team during the network design phase to meet business needs.
- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
- Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver functional requirements.
- Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from Operations Director.
- Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios in partnership with the Principle Engineers
- Coordinate with the groups who test, validate, evaluate new services and functions
- Assist the PM with any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed timeline.

Job Qualifications:
- Advanced skills creating Architectural Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Workflow, and Process Documentation
- Advanced Skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio
- Ability to analyze and document complex processes
- Ability to work under pressure with strict timelines
- Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
- Ability to gather relevant data and information
- Familiarity with Data Center environments and networking concepts (DNS a Plus)
