JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Solutions Provider IV designs, constructs, tests, and implements requested application additions to Customer Service systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test or modify computer systems or programs in connection with their use or design requirements.
o Analyze systems and procedures and consult with others in order to determine hardware, software, or system specifications.
o Document, test, create or modify computer programs in connection with software or hardware design for operating systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
o A bachelor's degree in related field is required for this position.
o (6)- (10) Years experience minimum experience in related field.
o Strong Knowledge of Java desired.,
o .NET or other Object Oriented and framework based development tools, DB2.
o Familiarity with BPM tools such as Pegasystem PRPC or competencies with business process modelling.
o Experience in agile development methodologies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
o Performs work in an office environment in which there is minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions.
