JOB SUMMARY:
The Web Developer gathers requirements, develops SOWs, designs, constructs, tests, and implements requested application additions or modifications to the applications. This posting is specific to the Care Management and Focus Manager Applications.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
oGather business requirements, facilitate discussions and create SOW's.
oDesign, develop, document, analyze, create, test or modify computer systems or programs in connection with their use or design requirements.
oAnalyze systems and procedures and consult with others in order to determine hardware, software, or system specifications.
oDocument, test, create or modify computer programs in connection with software or hardware design for operating systems.
oLead and direct a team of developers and business analysts.
oTrouble shooting system problems, QA testing, active development and design of browser based applications using JAVA and DB2.
REQUIREMENTS:
oA bachelor's degree in related field is required for this position.
oSix(6) - Ten(10) years of experience with minimum experience in related field.
oAnalysis & Design.
oGood oral and written communication skills
oExperience Mentoring in-house staff
oAbility to work independently
oAbility to work with other departments: OnBase, Security, Harvest, Desktop, Network

oJPA
oEJB 3 (Session and message-driven Beans)
oJSF 1.2+
oJDBC, ability to write SQL queries native to the database
oJMS (using WebSphere MQ)
Web programming technologies
oCSS
oJavaScript (including prototype.js library) A working understanding of web environments.
Database skill set
oDB2 and SQLServer
Desired:
oExperience with utilizing and developing data grids
o.NET Experience
oExperience converting Visual Studio 2003 to 2008
oExperience converting from 1.1 to 3.0
oVb.NET and SourceSafe
oKnowledge of Cobol, DYL280, CICS, JCL, Utilities, DEBUG, File-Manager
