Software Engineer (Intern/Coop)

SRC is currently seeking spring 2014 engineering intern/coops to design, develop and test leading edge radar and communications technology. We are looking for an engineer to be immediately integrated into design teams to solve difficult technical problems.

Responsiblities include, but are not limited to

- Software design and design review participation
- Software development and code review participation
- Software/system integration and test
- Field testing support with developed systems

Position Requirements

- Completed two years of college and currently enrolled in an academic program focused in computer science, computer engineering or software engineering
- Experience programming in C++/C#/Java/Database a plus
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in Real Time software development, digital communications, radar data processing, radar control (GUI) and high-performance graphic displays experience
- Participation in system integration and field testing activities is a plus
