Responsibilities:
- Assume the sales effort post acquisition of a client and provide consultative leadership to achieve corporate objectives
- Grow and retain business
- Own Customer experience
- Guide customers in all aspects of the client fulfillment business
- Build professional and trusting relationships with clients and provide consultative leadership to achieve highest share of customer spend possible, new account productivity, internal profit and goals
- Lead and guide customer quarterly business reviews
- Travel as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of recent in-depth successful Account Management (hands-on customer services and sales) experience servicing clients with Direct Mail Marketing, Fulfillment Supply Chain and E-commerce solutions
- 3+ years managing fulfillment projects
- 3+ years E-commerce experience
- 5+ years in-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- 5+ years in-depth knowledge of fulfillment (3PF) outsourcing services
