Description:

SAIC is looking for a Data Center Service Delivery Manager for the Tampa, FL area for USSOCOM. This candidate is Primary POC responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day Data Center service delivery. This includes operational environments, organizational relationships, resource utilization, and service delivery activities of the Data Center in cooperation and coordination with the ITMO, other IT service providers, USSOCOM enterprise personnel, and any third party providers associated with delivering or supporting data center computing resources. The Data Center Contractor Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for providing USSOCOM mission support to optimize server and storage service delivery, minimize service disruptions, and facilitate resolution of disputes and service delivery issues that may arise between the Data Center Contractor and other IT service providers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years related experience in the computer operations field. Supervisory experience desirable. Requires strong knowledge of a variety of operating and computer systems to support those in the computer center.

Requires broad knowledge of multiple operating and computer systems to manage a diverse computer environment.
