Individual will be responsible for successful, effective and on-time delivery of complex software development and infrastructure projects. Will serve as a senior-level contact and Subject Matter Expert in a consultative manner with clients on projects. Will directly manage implementation and client service teams consisting of Professional Services team (Delivery Services, Project Managers, Developers and Quality Assurance, etc.), Information Technology team and any other outsourced resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science or related program
- 10+ years. of experience in a senior level (Director or VP level) management role in the software application industry
- Experience working with E-commerce platforms
- SDLC experience with Supply Chain, Fulfillment and Order Management systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Peoplesoft, Retek, Oracle Financials, etc.)
- SME with the Software Development Life Cycle for system implementations and business process management
- Experience in managing projects using various technologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
- Some programming experience (JavaScript, HTML, ColdFusion)
- Experience with Windows, Windows Server, IIS, XML TCP/IP)
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and other relational databases
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
