Individual will be responsible for fixing identified issues and bugs (trouble tickets), monitoring production systems by looking at the logs and error emails, working with Support and QA through the life cycle of an identified bug from reporting the bug to fixing it in the production system(s).
Position requires experience with the following:
- 5+ years of experience with Coldfusion or Java
- HTML/DHTML
- JavaScript
- CSS
- XML
- SQL
- SQL Server or Oracle
