Key Role:

Work directly with the senior PERS-2 PASS leadership and stakeholders in the development of new, specific metrics to measure PASS performance worldwide. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of MPT&E lines of business and experience with advanced mathematics and formal metrics development, generation, and analysis. Research, organize, compile, summarize, and analyze data and information for assigned special projects, develop and document recommendations, prepare and present reports to management, exercise independent judgment within defined policy guidelines, research and analyze program operations and opportunities, and analyze processes, practices, and strategies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Navy manpower business processes, IT systems, and organizations
-Experience with mathematics and metrics analysis
-Ability to organize workload
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with PASS program a plus
-Possession of excellent multi-tasking skills
