- As a Client Technical Analyst, you will be able to demonstrate your customer service expertise by working as the vital link between ADP and the dealerships.
- You will provide Tier 1 telephone support in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
- This position provides you the opportunity to learn, retain and apply technical knowledge to a variety of questions/problems called in by our clients and to use troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Your outstanding customer service skills are needed to negotiate priorities and callback expectations in order to exceed the client's need. The department is Accounting/Payroll which supports: Accounting, Payroll, and Vehicle.

Qualifications Required:
(Experience, Skills, Academic)
- College degree in Business or Computer Science and/or 2-5 years experience in the automotive dealership industry are required.
- Candidates with prior banking or credit industry knowledge may be considered.
- The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and use excellent customer service skills to explain resolutions to non-technical users.
- General PC knowledge and typing are required. Experience with Windows, UNIX, Postgres, & SQL is a plus.
- Strong skills are needed in the following areas: Finance, accounting, technical, customer service, communications, teamwork, flexibility, reliability.
- This position works various shifts between 6 am to 9pm CST weekdays and you must be flexible to work some Saturdays, Sundays, holidays,and overtime.
