Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing advanced analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems, and providing solutions to problems utilizing more efficient operational procedure, work flow, and information technology solutions for institutional activities.

Salary Range

From $73,920.00 To $118,272.00 Annually

This position is a Band Code: CS24.

Specific Job Related Duties

Provide system administration and support for all aspects of the Epic Resolute Professional Billing system. Duties to include: assist in the workflow documentation and analysis, requirements gathering and validation, configuration and build and support of Resolute Professional Billing module. Person must be willing to obtain Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification.

Specific Job Related Duties:

- Build and configuration in Hyperspace and the Back End environment
- Actively participate in validation and requirements sessions
- Identify opportunities to promote the use of Epic's model system vs. custom coding in team settings
- Perform analysis to determine potential changes required to accommodate integration of Resolute Professional Billing module with other modules being installed and those already in production: EpicCare (ambulatory and inpatient), Care Everywhere, OpTime, ASAP, Willow, and MyChart
- Analyze and perform remediation steps required to support ICD-10
- Assist in the preparation of training curriculum
- High level customer service skills required
- Strong collaboration skills with operational and technical resources
- Performs related duties as required

Work Schedule

M-F 8-5, overtime as required

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and four years related experience in professional billing or other healthcare-related role. Note: Years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Preferred License/Certificate

Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification

Preferred Skill/Competency

- Strong organizational and good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work with various teams and with strict project deadlines that may require additional hours outside of the standard 8am - 5pm.

Preferred Work Experience

- Experience installing and supporting software.
- Experience implementing and/or supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing
- Experience building or supporting any Epic applications
- Experience working with any professional billing systems or operations
