What you need for this position:
- 4+ years of web development experience
- 2+ years experience in a team lead role
- Demonstrated proficiency with web standards and XHTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, including libraries, such as jQuery
- Working with and developing in Application Server languages, such as PHP, and using third party APIs
- Experience with Code Igniter platform is a plus
- Integrating metrics tracking components into applications, including Google Analytics
- Application or Fanpage published on Facebook
- Interaction with third party web services (REST/JSON)
- Familiarity with LAMP based servers
- Ability to quickly determine feasibility and scope of client ideas
- Proven ability to work independently and under tight timelines
- Possess a client-centric, positive attitude
What you'll be doing:
- Develop highly interactive database and API driven websites and applications
- Maintain existing websites and applications, and provide support as needed
- Keep up to date with current and relevant development solutions
- Collaborate with our entire team to figure out how to make concepts work as well as suggest ideas that may make things even better
- Translate designs into a wide range of enterprise-scale applications and websites for our clients
- Create dynamic elements within ever-changing social media environments like Facebook, Google Plus and Twitter
- Lead a small team of developers
