Our client is in the process of a significant business process transformation activity assisted by the implementation of commercial off- the-shelf (COTs) solutions offered by SAP, ENOVIA, and CAMS. If you win this position, you will perform in a key functional advisory role supporting the design and implementation of SAP's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application.

Your Role:
The Principal Systems Specialist - SAP CRM Process Lead supports the implementation and maintenance of the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) solution.
1. Executes the planning, analysis, design, configuration, development, integration, maintenance, system upgrades, and enhancements associated within the BSM implementation SAP's Customer Relationship Management ( SAP CRMv) Application
2. Identify and evaluate process, interface, and conversion risks and develop controls to adequately mitigate the risks of the implementation
3. Collaborate with the security organization to incorporate adequate security controls into overall design and configuration
4. Document the solution design and aid in development and delivery of end user training
5. Adhere to the PMO guidelines
6. Support and sustain the implemented solution as part of the IT SAP support organization.

REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor's Degree is required
2. Multiple SAP CRM implementation and support experience with hands on CRM configuration/Solution Design and Project Management Experience
3. Fine tuned expertise and leadership in building best practice, customer support solutions.
4. Ability to drive the business Strategy/IT capability and follow through the delivery and support of solution for customer support organization
5. Solid understanding of online/web shop solutions of customers using SAP CRM and experience troubleshooting data synchronization between SAP CRM and SAP ECC
6. Demonstrated success in a customer facing role
7. Demonstrated success in meeting customer expectations and delivery dates

Bonus Points:
1. Special focus in SAP Service Management module preferred - With process and solution focus on User provisioning solution/Customer Master data management/Warranty Management/Reverse logistics/Customer Complaints/Field Service Management/Customer Training and Technical Publications Distribution
2. Aerospace and Defense industry experience
3. CMMI. Six Sigma, Project Management experience an added plus
