Educational Requirements: MUST possess a Bachelor’s Degree, to be considered.  Degrees in Management Information Systems/Computer Science, are strongly preferred, but are not required.

ABOUT THE POSITION

GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a SAP FICO Systems Specialist (CO/PS) for a Direct-Hire Opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.  GTN is working directly with the hiring authority and senior management on this highly-visible need.  We have a long and successful working relationship with the key players that qualified candidates will be interviewing with.  The management style is very open and they enjoy superior employee loyalty and retention.  Excellent compensation and benefits!  Our client is in the process of a significant business process transformation activity assisted by the implementation of commercial off- the-shelf (COTs) solutions offered by SAP, ENOVIA, and CAMS.  If you win this position, you will perform in a key functional advisory role supporting the design and implementation of SAP’s Controlling and Project Systems (CO/PS) module in the ECC 6.0 environment.

• SAP CO/PS – Support the Implementation/Configuration of SAP Controlling/Project Systems
• Executes Planning/Analysis/Design/Configuration/Development/Integration/Maintenance/System Upgrades/Enhancements
• Identify/Evaluate Processes/Conversion Risks/Develop Controls
• Collaborate with the Security Organization to Incorporate Security Controls into Overall Design/Configuration
• Document the Solution Design and Aid in Development/Delivery of End-User Training
• Create Test Scripts/Drive the Integration/Regression Testing of the Solution during the Implementation
• Adhere to the PMO Guidelines
• Support/Sustain the Implemented Solution as part of the IT SAP Support Organization

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in the following skill sets…

• SAP CO/PS Module (Functional Expertise)
  • Involvement in 2+ Full SDLC Implementations
  • Support/Maintenance
• FI/CO Integration with multiple SAP Modules
  • SD/PP/MM/PS/QM, etc.
  • AA/AP/AR/FM/GL/SL, etc.
  • Controlling/Overheads/Internal Orders
  • Cost Center Accounting/Product Costing/Profit Center Accounting
  • Consolidations/Intercompany
  • Exposure to Bolt-On Applications, like TaxWare
• End-User/Client Interfacing – Meeting Customer Expectations/Delivery Dates 

PREFERRED (but not required)

• Aerospace/Defense Industry Experience
• CO Influence in the Context of GPD – Grouping/Pegging/Distribution
• FI/CO Support within a Complex Manufacturing Environment
• Certifications
  • CMMI – Capability Maturity Model Integration
  • Six Sigma Certified
  • PMP – Project Management Professional
