Our client is in the process of a significant business process transformation activity assisted by the implementation of commercial off- the-shelf (COTs) solutions offered by SAP, ENOVIA, and CAMS. If you win this position, you will perform in a key functional advisory role supporting the design and implementation of SAP's Controlling and Project Systems (CO/PS) module in the ECC 6.0 environment.

Your role: SAP CO/PS Systems Specialist supports the implementation and configuration of SAP Controlling and Project Systems (CO/PS) module of SAP:

• Executes the planning, analysis, design, configuration, development, integration, maintenance, system upgrades, and enhancements associated within the implementation for the Controlling and Project Systems (CO/PS) module in SAP
• Identify and evaluate process, interface, and conversion risks and develop controls to adequately mitigate the risks of the implementation
• Collaborate with the security organization to incorporate adequate security controls into overall design and configuration
• Document the solution design and aid in development and delivery of end user training
• Create test scripts and drive the integration/regression testing of the solution during the implementation
• Adhere to the PMO guidelines
• Support and sustain the implemented solution as part of the IT SAP support organization.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Demonstrated functional expertise of the SAP CO and PS module with several Full Life Cycle implementations and support experience
• Demonstrated work experience showcasing expertise in FICO integration with other SAP Modules (SD, PP, MM, PS and QM)
• Core expertise is various SAP FICO areas such as AA/AP/AR/FM/GL/SL/Controlling/Cost center accounting/Overheads/Internal Orders/Product Costing/Profit Center Accounting/Consolidations/Intercompany and exposure to bolt-on apps such Tax ware.
• Demonstrated success in a customer facing role
• Demonstrated success in meeting customer expectations and delivery dates

Bonus Points:

• Aerospace and Defense industry experience
• An understanding of CO influence in the context of GPD (Grouping, Pegging and Distribution).
• Experience supporting FICO in a complex manufacturing environment
• CMMI. Six Sigma, Project Management experience an added plus
