Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems, and providing solutions utilizing more efficient operational procedure, work flow, and information technology solutions.

Salary Range

From $55,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

This position is a Band Code: CS23.

Specific Job Related Duties

The Senior Application System Analyst will work closely with the application users in providing analytical and technical solutions to software applications used by the Research administration department and campus users. Responsibilities include identifying, evaluating and developing procedures that are cost effective and meet end user requirements, performance improvement, training end users, assist in solving application related issues, etc. In addition to providing development and production support of the InfoEd application, the successful candidate will configure system settings, perform user acceptance and validation testing and training, manage change control, and serve as the system administrator for deployment and post-deployment activities of all upgrades. Work closely with end users and external vendor in identifying solutions to issues. Document procedures and work flows.

Work Schedule

Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field 3 years related experience

Preferred Skill/Competency

Preferred candidate will possess skills in the following:

Any InfoEd application experience and or compliance/grant submission software
Programming skills: web development tools - dreamweaver, html, photoshop, etc

Ability to write SQL queries to run reports
Database skills: database familiarity -
