We are seeking a senior digital designer with strong UX and web experience, and an affinity for keeping up with new trends in the digital world. Understanding that user experience should guide and inform design, you help execute solid user flows and wireframes, and then translate them into beautiful and functional interactive web designs. You know the ins and outs of what is possible within a digital environment, and work hands-on with our in-house development team to push those boundaries. We†re not looking for someone who knows how to code, however knowledge of the digital design environment †such as familiarity with responsive design and the ability to design across interactive platforms (web/mobile/tablet/social media) is a must.
You will assist in all aspects of a job from concepting to execution and work collaboratively with the account and development teams: UX wireframing, creative concepting, design and layout, preparing and delivering files for development. An exceptional eye for design is crucial, paired with the willingness to jump into a project at any point and do what it takes to get the job done. The ability to turn around high-quality design under tight timelines is imperative. You have a passion for the work you do and are ambitious about helping our company grow.

What you need for this position:
- 5+ years combined experience in digital design, including UX, web, and mobile interfaces
- 4 year degree; preferably in Design or equivalent.
- Excellent Adobe program skills - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. - as well as PowerPoint
- Communicate and collaborate well across teams, including account and development
- Strong understanding of the capabilities/best practices of HTML5 and responsive design
- Deep attention to detail with long term vision and strategy in mind
