Application Engineer - Linux Administration, RedHat, LAMP Application Engineer Are you a part of the growing DevOps revolution? Consider yourself of high technical acumen in systems and networks? If so, we are a still-growing, public company looking for someone to assist and support our Product Development Team by ensuring the health of an application. Your experience in security, performance, and scalability will contribute greatly to the overall success of an application in production.
We are a LAMP environment with some Java apps and need someone with the following skills:
Linux/Unix System Administration (Ideally Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
All things SQL & NoSQL - MySQL, Hadoop, Cassandra, etc.
Supporting Java applications
Scripting and Configuration Management:
Puppet, CFEngine
Unix scripting
SQL queries
You should also have familiarity with Networking and Cloud solutions/security (AWS).
