Job Summary
•This position is intended to understand and support the business of Flagstar Bank through the design, development and implementation of Salesforce.com.
•Developers are expected to participate in every stage of the development lifecycle, from analysis and design to program coding, testing, release and maintenance while adhering to current System Development Methodology (SDM) processes.
•Developers work closely with various customers including their immediate project teams, business domain experts and other technical staff members.
Job Responsibilities
•Develop, Configure, Integrate, and support delivered and custom Salesforce.com applications.
•Meet business requirements by designing the required entities such as custom objects, entity relationships, page layouts, classes, interfaces, workflow, workflow rules, e-mail alerts, and business logic.
•Integration of Salesforce.com with third-party systems using Apex Language (Classes, Controllers, and Triggers), web services, components and custom objects.
•Develop with the Force.com Plug-in environment using Eclipse IDE.
•Knowledge of Salesforce.com setup menu, configuration, Data Migration and deployment of applications to the Force.com platform.
•Design and implement advanced fields such as pick list, custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, sharing rules and approval processes.
•Work with and support standard Salesforce.com objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Opportunity†s.
•Develop data imports and exports through commercially available tools. Experience with Informatica Cloud is a plus.
•Work with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and create scripts.
•Can demonstrate advanced testing skills, utilizing Salesforce.com native technology to create repeatable and thorough tests.
•Highly skilled with navigating SFDC governor limits.
•Experience developing and maintaining Peoplesoft CRM 8.9 Applications is a plus.
•Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology is preferred.
•2+ Years Force.com development experience
•2+ Years Java or OOP language
