The Aerospace Structures group is looking for a new Business Development Manager to be located in Clearfield Utah.

Our business is focused on the design and fabrication of composite Aerostructures in the Commercial, Launch and Military markets. With over 1.6 million square feet of manufacturing space and over 1000 employees, the ASD team is quickly becoming recognized as a world leader in composite structures.

The primary focuses of this job will be to develop top end growth for the military and commercial segments of our business. You will work directly with the segment leads and the VP of Business Development to develop a strategic plan to move the business forward. You will then become the tip of the spear in implementing that strategy. We are looking for someone with a proven record of success in bringing in new business.

The ability to professionally interact with a variety of people up and down the value stream is important while being able to think strategically in designing a capture strategy is a must. You will be required to learn the ATK Business Capture Process.

You will be responsible for the Opportunity Analysis, the Pursuit Strategy, support of the Proposal teams and ultimately you will be measured by Capturing the business before transitioning it to the Program Managers for execution.
- 15+ years of Business Development experience with a Bachelors, 10 years with MS
- Up to 40% of your time will be on the road
- Security clearance is a plus, but not required - Must be able to pass a security clearance
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Military and Commercial Aerospace background with this industry is required
- Responsible for developing selling and B&P budgets for your segment
- Provide focused, well researched forecasts and market analysis

- Position can be filled at a lower level with 10+ years of Business Development experience with a Bachelors, 7 years with MS
