We are a well established, high revenue software company that focuses on improving customer relations for the Health and Human Services Industry. We are in search for an intermediate level SQL Developer who is interested in learning our proprietary software to perform Tier 2 tasks (ie troubleshoot, conduct trend analyses, conversions, etc.). It will be a learning curve for those up for the challenge- but we are willing to train and mold you as long as you have a strong SQL background.
Short term expectations:
- Troubleshoot/solve problems in a SQL environment
- Ensure performance of the application
- Provide trend analysis for the management team
- Interact with the in-browser tool set
Long term expectations:
- Become a guru with our proprietary software
- Act as main customer support professional for client side issues
- Monitor system problems to ensure quick resolutions of client-reported issues
- Help fellow tech support/implementation engineers, clients and advocates with isolating critical system problems
Requirements:
- 3 years of MS SQL/RDBMS experience
- Experience building logical conditions to script actions and produce SQL queries
- Ability to use report design tools such as Crystal Reports
