Global company is seeking a Service Desk manager with heavy management experience out of a large environment with ITIL framework experience. Will be managing the performance of Level 1 support to all internal users.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop a global service desk team
- Meet performance targets.
- Provide data and reporting of KPI's and trends
- Oversee solutions repository and ensure top quality solutions are available to staff.
- Manage process for communicating outage/emergency activities to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong management experience in a current role.
- Strong assessment and decision making skills.
- Ability to travel 10% internationally and domestically.
- 5+ years. of experience managing an IS Help Desk or Service desk with ITIL framework.
- Experience managing a budget
- Strong experience with MS technologies and LAN/WAN networking.
