In this role, the candidate will pull groups, group membership, direct access accounts and associated permissions from all Freddie Mac platforms: Windows, UNIX, UDB, Sybase, Oracle, Mainframe, Lotus Notes, TAM, Etrust, MSSQL, and Application layer groups.
This role works closely with other IT resources and business users/customers and requires the following responsibilities:
- Understands and formats data into a specified report format.
- Identifies performance issues with existing data pulling scripts and troubleshoots and repairs scripts as necessary.
- Analyzes the result data for completeness and inconsistencies. If inconsistencies are found the candidate will be required to identify, correct the issue and explain results in both technical and layman's terms.
- Produces quarterly and annual Application and Vendor Security Certifications.
- Tracks Opened Application Security Assessment risks and escalates to project managers for periodic updates.
- Documents and maintains Application Security Assessment and Certification Processes.
- Creates and maintains quality check scripts/rules for Certification Process.
- Documents and Maintains Application Security Groups and IDs for Certification Systems.
- Periodically documents certification reports/processes and presents the data to management.
Skills and Experience:
Role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired; and five to seven years of experience across application security and Application Security Assessments.
- Experience in MS- Excel, Powerpoint is required.
- Experience in MS Visio is required.
- Experience in Application Windows and Unix Security
- Knowledge on SQL Scripting
- Knowledge on Clearcase/Clearquest repository.
