Key Role:

Perform as a BPM developer role and maintain responsibility for providing process analysis and implementation, COTS configuration, integration and custom scripting, application development, and technical support, leveraging the client's enterprise business process management software suite. Work closely with cross functional teams to design, develop, and implement technical applications that provide the most effective business process solutions for clients. Work closely with business process owners and process engineers in requirements gathering activities to validate, develop, and sustain the applications. Develop executable business process models, business rules and perform logic, custom coding, flexible user interface or via a portal integration, and integration with other systems in order to achieve a fully automated business process that provides management reports for use in controlling and improving business operations.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with using Appian enterprise BPM tool suite
-Experience with Java, J2EE, Javascript, and XML
-Experience with databases, including Oracle 8i and 10g and SQL server and database connectivity, such as ODBC and JDBC
-Experience with programming in Eclipse IDE, developing graphical user interfaces and Web forms, and deploying Web parts into portals
-Experience with the full life cycle development process
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in related areas, including H/W and S/W recommendations, load balancing, security, and user authentication
-Experience with maintaining apps in production environments, including application servers, Web servers, and databases
-Possession of excellent technical and customer interaction skills
