Business Process Reengineering Specialist-01137283
Description
Key Role:
Provide business process reengineering (BPR) expertise in support of process improvement engagements with the client's major division and offices. Lead or support teams ranging from 2-5 people to drive process improvement engagements. Develop the current and future state scenarios and perform gap analysis and implementation planning, including development of implementation roadmaps. Collect data via multiple formats, including third party research, one-on-one interviews, or focus groups. Work with guiding C-suite executives at GS 17 and above in improvement initiatives. Act as a key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise wide integration of re-engineering efforts and application of best practice, including E-business practices. Provide daily supervision and direction to other contractor business re-engineering specialists.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with managing and delivering process improvement projects
-3+ years of experience with interfacing and presenting to C-suite executives
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required
-LSS Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certification required
-LSS, ITIL, PMI, or Lean Agile Certification required
