Key Role:

Serve as an experienced technical architect for internal and external projects specific to designing and implementing digital solutions and plans for senior federal government or commercial clients in the healthcare sector. Lead a diverse set of health-related initiatives, including evaluating digital solutions and services against provider strategies and providing analytical support to define and develop new digital health services and plans to improve patient, provider, and caregiver experiences and drive value. Develop use cases and business plans for new digital services and tools and support internal and external projects focused on the development and implementation of models and frameworks that help health organizations leverage a digital enterprise. Work with functional and technical managers and executives, including technologies, clinicians, and strategists and leverage consulting and analytical expertise, including the ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze public and private sector digital health trends and best practices and apply them to client environments to define the direction for technology solutions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with direct digital technology focused on design and development of cloud based digital issues, including any combination of social media, mobile devices, cloud computing, and 'as a service' architectures and designs and healthcare platforms and tools
-5+ years of experience with designing or architecting digital and mobile tools and technologies, including products from leading firms in the digital health services space, such as large firms with applications to that space, such as Google, Amazon, Apple, and Salesforce
-Experience as a management consultant focused on digital solution architectures, including mobile device platforms, mobile apps, cloud based tools and services, and APIs working in health care fields
-Experience with leading small teams of people to accomplish project objectives and providing coaching and career development to staff
-Knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies, including social networking, APIs, blogs, wikis, video sharing, cloud services, Web and mobile apps, mashups, and crowdsourcing
-Knowledge of the digital architecture, including mobile platforms, cloud based services, identity management, social media and collaboration, and open data tools and services from a business or technical perspective
-Ability to communicate complex technical and analytical information through writing, presentations, and speaking in front of large audiences, including conferences
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-2-3 years of experience with a top-tier consultancy, health care technology firm, or blue-chip technology firm
-Experience with the federal contracting space, including federal policies and guidelines around open data, cloud computing, and mobility
-Knowledge of the US federal government technology landscape, challenges, and initiatives
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA, MS, or MBA degree in Technology Innovation, Information Systems, Business, or Health Services preferred
